If this feature remains enabled, followers will be sent as requests, and you will have to manually approve them. To ensure seamless follower delivery, follow these steps to disable the "Flag for Review" feature:

Steps to disable the feature:

1️⃣ Open Instagram and go to Settings.

2️⃣ Select Follow & Invite Friends.

3️⃣ Go to the "Report Review" option and turn it off.
